Aloo Aloo Loyalty: two reward programs — free pizza + 5% cashback

The 6+1 program means that for every purchased medium pizza (32cm) you receive one stamp. When you collect 6 stamps from 6 purchased pizzas, the 7th pizza is completely free. It applies exclusively to medium pizzas and covers all options from our menu — including premium specials. Ordering through the website or by phone in Sremska Mitrovica brings the same benefits.

Registration on our website is all you need. After creating an account you automatically become part of the loyalty program. When you order through the online system or by phone with your registered number, every pizza is automatically recorded. You do not need to enter anything manually — the entire process is fully automatic. You can track your progress on this page and in your dashboard.

Yes. Use your reward pizza on your next online order: add a medium pizza to the cart and mark it as your free one at checkout. You can order just that pizza — it counts toward the 800 RSD minimum. We deliver to all our zones: free in the city and Mala Bosna, other zones pay only the zone fee. It's the same pizza as every other one we make.

Yes. The stamp goes on the phone number the order was placed from, including when you call 065 6600390. An account is not required for a stamp. With an account you see your stamps anytime and order faster — your address is saved.

Medium pizzas (32cm) collect medium stamps: buy 6, the 7th is free. Family pizzas (50cm) collect family stamps once that card is switched on: buy 9, the 10th is free. A free pizza does not earn a stamp. The most expensive pizza of that size (except Aloo Aloo) will be free.

The 6+1 program stamps do not expire — your progress toward a free pizza remains active as long as you use your account. The 5% cashback loyalty points follow a different rule: they're valid for 60 days from your last earning order, and each new order extends the deadline by another 60 days. Use your points as a direct discount on your next order. The minimum redemption is 200 RSD (200 points), with no upper limit — you can use the entire balance at once if you want. At checkout you'll see a field where you enter the number of points to redeem; they apply directly to the subtotal, before delivery. Points are valid for 60 days from your last earning order. The system uses a sliding window — every new completed order automatically extends the deadline by another 60 days, so regular guests effectively never lose points. However, if you don't order anything new for 60 consecutive days, the entire balance resets to 0 the next time you open the page. On the loyalty page and in your dashboard you'll see a clear countdown of the remaining days, and once it falls below 14 days the banner turns yellow as a warning.

If you cancel an order after it has already moved to the completed status (and points have been awarded), an automatic reversal is performed: earned points are subtracted from your balance, and any points you redeemed on that order are returned to your account. The system is designed so the same points can never be earned and spent more than once — and everything is transparent, you can track changes in your dashboard.
