The 6+1 program means that for every purchased medium pizza (32cm) you receive one stamp. When you collect 6 stamps from 6 purchased pizzas, the 7th pizza is completely free. It applies exclusively to medium pizzas and covers all options from our menu — including premium specials. Ordering through the website or by phone in Sremska Mitrovica brings the same benefits.

Only medium 32cm pizzas count toward the program. Small and large pizzas do not count — we set this rule for clarity and fair conditions for all participants. The medium pizza is our most popular choice and is perfect for one person or sharing. Every pizza we deliver to addresses in Sremska Mitrovica and Laćarak counts toward your progress.

The 6+1 program stamps do not expire — your progress toward a free pizza remains active as long as you use your account. The 5% cashback loyalty points follow a different rule: they're valid for 60 days from your last earning order, and each new order extends the deadline by another 60 days. Alongside the 6+1 program for medium pizzas, we've introduced a 5% cashback points program. Every completed order — except 32cm pizzas which already go into 6+1 — automatically returns 5% of the amount as points in your loyalty wallet. The rule is 1 point = 1 RSD. If you order grill, breakfast, pancakes, or other-size pizzas for a total of 1,000 RSD, you receive 50 points (50 RSD discount) for your next order. Points are added automatically when an order moves to the completed status (delivered or picked up).

Use your points as a direct discount on your next order. The minimum redemption is 200 RSD (200 points), with no upper limit — you can use the entire balance at once if you want. At checkout you'll see a field where you enter the number of points to redeem; they apply directly to the subtotal, before delivery. Points are available exclusively to registered users — guest orders neither earn nor spend them.

Yes, but not to all of them. You earn 5% cashback on all pizzas that aren't 32cm medium (because those go into the 6+1 program where you collect stamps for a free pizza). That means small pizzas, large pizzas, plus all other dishes (grill, pancakes, breakfast, sides) automatically earn 5% in points. The two programs run in parallel without overlap: medium pizzas = stamps for a free pizza, everything else = 5% cashback.

Points are valid for 60 days from your last earning order. The system uses a sliding window — every new completed order automatically extends the deadline by another 60 days, so regular guests effectively never lose points. However, if you don't order anything new for 60 consecutive days, the entire balance resets to 0 the next time you open the page. On the loyalty page and in your dashboard you'll see a clear countdown of the remaining days, and once it falls below 14 days the banner turns yellow as a warning.

If you cancel an order after it has already moved to the completed status (and points have been awarded), an automatic reversal is performed: earned points are subtracted from your balance, and any points you redeemed on that order are returned to your account. The system is designed so the same points can never be earned and spent more than once — and everything is transparent, you can track changes in your dashboard.
