9. Viber and SMS messages
If you click "Yes, message me on Viber" (after an order, in the email, at registration, or on your profile), or you tell staff when you order by phone, we use your phone number to tell you: - when you have collected stamps and a free pizza is waiting, - when we have a promotion or a new offer. The basis for this is your consent. Without it we do not send offers — stamps and orders work the same without consent. You can withdraw consent at any time: by sending STOP, with the unsubscribe link in a message, on your profile, or by calling the restaurant. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect your stamps. We keep the number for messages until you withdraw consent. We keep the record of when consent was given and withdrawn for 3 more years after withdrawal, as proof.
